Pickett Furniture is unveiling it’s notable BRANN light in a new chandelier version. This BRANN features a 30″ diameter bent bamboo shade with five energy efficient LED bulbs. Mike & Maaike, who many know for  Juxtaposed Religion, will be introducing the Divis Bench at ICFF this weekend. It can work with the  Divis Table, designed in 2009 or stand on its own. The piece is an excercise in planned imperfection, and it is perfectly flawed – manufactured and distributed by Council ICFF Booth 1708.

Mike & Maaike is a progressive industrial design studio led by Mike Simonian and Maaike Evers.  Formed as a design laboratory, the San Francisco studio works both independently and with clients to create new opportunities through products, technology, furniture, environments, packaging and transportation.  Maaike Evers is Dutch, Mike Simonian, Californian. These distinct backgrounds inform a diverse body of work marked by experimentation, substance and strong conceptual narratives.  Recent collaborations include: Google, Belkin, Steelcase, Xbox, Blankblank, Council, Coalesse, Incase, Dupont, Fritz Hansen, Ironkey, and the City of San Francisco.

Primi Barstools are a simple yet purposeful seating solution.  Seat options including CNC carved solid walnut or solid white ash, or upholstery. Bases are  in polished chrome or powder coat finishes.Primi bar stool bring a new language to the archetypical bar stool.

Phase Design was founded in Los Angeles in 2000 by award winning self-taught designer Reza Feiz. Working within his philosophy of “strength in simplicity,” he uses solid woods, metal, ceramics and fiberglass in luxurious finishes to realize his simple, yet dynamic furniture, lighting and tabletop designs. Reza has shown his work worldwide gaining international attention, has been dubbed as “An American designer who influences world design”, a “Style Pioneer” and “One of a group of select young designers who represent the leading edge of discovery in design.” His work has been acquired by some of the most discriminating clients ranging from Kieran Timberlake Architects to Tom Ford. His ambitious new collection raises the bar for this ever evolving designer.
