Evolution – Traditional Meets Modernisim, Literally
Evolution was designed by Ferruccio Laviani for Emmemobili an introduced at Milan Salone this year. Literally, depicting the evolution from antiquity to modernism. While abrupt, the contrast is compelling to say the least. On the left side, the traditional piece was meticulously handcarved, on the right, the random play between the metal and wood stand in stark contrast.
