
The deisgner Velvet Hammerschmidt was inspired by the Mediterranean cues provided by the architecture and successfully melded the warm transitional style of the house with both contemporary and transitionally styled furniture pieces. The living room features upholstery by A. Rudin, custom side and console tables and a B&B Italia Apta coffee table.

Metropolitan Home Magazine’s LA Showhouse: Modern By Design, featured the work of ten interior designers including Barbara Barry, Xorin Balbes, Michael Berman, Fernando Diaz, Julie Eizenberg, Jarrett Hedborg, Antonia Hutt, Kerry Joyce, Michaela Scherrer and Marjorie Skouras. Jarrett Hedborg and partner Jeff Hiner, who created this lively and colorful cocktail room full of vibrant colors and elegant, art-deco furniture pieces features Saarinen Tables and stools.

This wonderful dining room was designed by Miami based designer, Tomas Frenes and features his Barrel Table, a wood based dining table with a round limestone top, The X Chair, a modern wood chair with upholstered seat and back completes the set.
