Byward Sofa by G. Romano at Velocity

Byward Sofa is a  comfortable sofa with classic modern lines.  It is also available as a sectional,  loveseat, chair or ottoman. Byward is designed and manufactured by G. Romano,  a Montreal, Canada based contemporary furniture maker -  family owned and operated since 1962.

Choose from 17 fabrics and seven leg finishes.

Frame: Frames are constructed by G.Romano's in-house frame shop using top quality Canadian hardwood and plywood. Corners and stress points are corner blocked, glued, and screwed in place. The result is a frame with inherent strength and durability.

Springs: All sprung items have a unique no-sag sinuous spring construction of 8 gauge in the back and 11 gauge in the seat. Both seat and back feature double vinyl coated cover wires. By employing this type of construction, they are able to achieve the maximum comfort and excellent support.

Seat Cushions: Cushions are constructed using top quality polyurethane foam core ranging in density from 1.9-2.2 lbs, and feature either a single or double wrap of Dacron polyester to provide a smooth crown.
