620 Chair Program designed in 1962 by German Designer Dieter Rams for Vitsoe and found exclusively at Moss.
Like Dr. Rams' 606 Universal Shelving System, the 620 Chair Program was also designed as a set of easily interchangeable parts. Each seat can be changed to be mounted on a swivel base, feet, castors (available for either hard floors or carpeted floors) or a mixture of feet and castors. The chair can also be changed from a low back chair to a high back chair and seats can be combined with joining plates to create a sofa of indeterminate length.
Unavailable in the US for over 30 years, Vitsoe has re-launched this design icon with true authenticity, paying due attention to the quality and technical detailing. The production facility in Germany still uses the original tools.
