Peter's Chair by Hans J Wegner for Carl Hansen and Son available at Suite New York
Peter's Chair was designed by Wegner for friend and colleague Borge Mogensen as a christening gift. What makes the chair (and matching table) so unique is that it was designed in 4 parts that could be assembled and disassembled by the child without any tools. The gift was so enthusiastically received that Mogensen helped Wegner get the set into production.
Designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1944, Peter's Chair is of solid wood in beech or maple, untreated.
