Sweet 102 Sofa from designer Paola Navone for Gervasoni and found at Context.
This new and updated collecion from Gervasoni is extensive. The Sweet 102 Rattan Sofa is part of the line and features a frame constructed from handwoven giant calamus and solid wood feet. Five back cushions, made from dacron and down - each measuring 60x60cm.
As noted by Gervasoni, nothing is taken for granted in the new collection. The sofas are characterised by a play of surprising proportions, in which the back and the armrests – both in the rattan interwoven version or the version completely covered in fabric – represent significant volumes which envelop the seat, like spacious rest surfaces .In the version with rattan interwoven armrests, there is a sofa and a refined chaise-longue.
